As a Technical Recruiter you will work in the company’s recruitment services department. You should be able to collaborate with the managers/ clients on a regular basis and be able to attract candidates for technical roles using various sources, like social media networks. You will be responsible to for end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs of clients for various technical positions.
- Prepare precise and clear job descriptions, advertise, screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interview and manage candidates throughout hiring process.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, candidate relationships and perform data analysis.
- Regular Monitoring and reporting.
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Mandatory Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA with IT background
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience of recruitment and working knowledge of ATS.
- Good understanding of HR terms and policies
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Project management skills

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s in IT or relevant degree and PGD in HR Management
- Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
Package Details (Fixed + Variable Components):
- Incentive based for the first three months.
- 2 – 2.5LPA depending on performance in the first three months.
Preferred Start: Immediate Starter
